Making a childhood dream comes true and continuing the family tradition, she has been teaching Russian language and literature in schools of Namangan region for 35 years. She was awarded the badge ” High achiever in Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan”. She loves children and recognizes a personality in every child. She fosters such qualities as sincerity and kindness, honesty and decency in them.
