Our school started December with good news, which we are in a hurry to share with you. On December 1, classes on the Kinder MBA program began at the IZB school. This is another significant point in the piggy bank of differences between our school and others.
Kinder MBA is not just additional lessons, it is a guide for schoolchildren to the world of business, projects and technologies. Kinder MBA is:
- a training program that is relevant in our time, given that every second person opens his own business, either as a main or as an additional source of income;
- this is knowledge that will increase the chances of a successful future for the children;
- this is the unfolding of the potential of pupils;
This is the development of such personal qualities necessary for life as self-confidence, responsibility, leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions.
This program teaches financial literacy and the basics of doing business. The pupils who take Kinder MBA courses are taught not only to count money, but also to set goals, work in a team, make decisions, take responsibility, think outside the box and develop their projects. They develop imagination, creative thinking, self-confidence and leadership qualities.
Our teachers who teach Kinder MBA courses have received special training in teaching this program for different age groups and have received certificates allowing them to teach according to the Kinder MBA program. In total, 10 of our teachers have taken courses on financial literacy and business basics, 4 of them are primary school teachers and 6 are high school teachers.

126 of our schoolchildren enrolled in the first stream of pupils under the Kinder MBA program: 33 pupils in elementary school and 93 pupils in high school. And this is a very good start. Many parents understand the benefits of these classes, understand their necessity. And many high school pupils themselves have expressed a desire to participate, because they already have an idea of which direction they should move in, roughly understand what they want from the future and can consciously approach such decisions.
The entire training program is based on the Kinder MBA program of the Moscow Business School, which provided IZB with methodological manuals and access to an electronic platform that pupils can use while performing various tasks. Classes are held in an unusual format. Each lesson is filled with different types of activities, various tasks assigned to the children, which they are happy to solve by searching for non-standard solutions. In parallel with the classes, the pupils should prepare their own project, which they will then defend in Tashkent.
